Hebrew *AVÀ --- *AWO Greek
These two verbs, Greek and Hebrew, are no more used in modern language. The interface found in this entry is narrow. The Hebrew word is seldom used, and specifically in a situation of unpleasant circumstances. But the similarity is there without any different explanation. One may consider that a Latin or Germanic speaker not would recognize "AVÀ" and "AWO" as transcribed shouts.
Note:
- Indo-European . With a word in Greek and one in Gothic of the Germanic group, Indo-European may have had a root from which the two were developed. But for now we leave the comparison between Hebrew and Greek.
